Celebrate the Fall: Featuring Warby Parker #FallSyllabus
Designers want me to dress like Spring, in billowing things. I don’t feel like Spring. I feel like a warm red Autumn. –Marilyn Monroe
Hey, Guys & Dolls!
Fall’s still here (the leaves won’t let you forget it!) It can be easy to forget to embrace the fall, with the holidays all around and snow on the mind fall can get side tracked a bit. I personally love the fall foliage. I love the color in parks. The shades of red, yellow, orange & brown. The whole world changes color. The wind picks up, the weather changes, the days shrink (ugh Daylight Savings!).
Warby Parker is one of the hottest names in eyewear.
Per their website:
Warby Parker was founded with a rebellious spirit and a lofty objective: to offer designer eyewear at a revolutionary price, while leading the way for socially conscious businesses.
The folks at Warby Parker and I collaborated to celebrate their Fall 2015 campaign #FallSyllabus. Throughout the fall, Warby Parker has been capturing everything they’ve seen, been doing, and experiencing. The Fall 2015 frames will have you seeing the Fall foliage at it’s best. Each frame in the collection is crafted from premium acetate sourced from a family-run Italian factory. You’ll find rich reds and stand out browns in this collection as well.

I decided I’d showcase a few of my favorites here for everyone. Have a look below:
Pictured: the Keene frame in Burnt Lemon Tortoise. “Keene blends a flat browline with round lenses to wonderful effect.” I couldn’t agree more.
Pictured: the Otis frame in Antique Shale Fade. “A modern update to a classic round frame, Otis has slim temple arms and a unique, scalloped bridge.” I adored the two tone look.
Pictured: the Gilbert frame in Scarlet Tortoise.
“If you’re looking for a roomier frame with a classic square shape, Gilbert fits the bill.”
The red fits perfect not only for this outfit but for the fall.
Thanks to Warby Parker for letting me check out the frames! I adored each one in its own little way. Don’t forget to take a look at the full collection here. You’ll just love the never-before-seen designs ranging from new takes on rectangular shapes as well as circular frames with angled detailing.
