The most famous mouse in the world had quite a bit to celebrate over the year (2018-2019). He turned 90. He had many a celebration for it including Disco Nights, Art Exhibitions, Instagram Pop-Ups & so many treats at the parks it could make your head spin. He even got himself a new outfit to wear in the parks! Talk about wild for Mickey huh?

Hey Guys & Dolls! Who’s ready for Toy Story 4! We are just a couple of weeks away from easily the biggest Disney film of the year (that’s not a super hero film of course!) This version of the film features the return of none other than Lil’ Bo Peep who mysteriously disappeared from Toy Story 3 (hopefully they will explain her absence!) .

Mickey Art Collection: Uniqlo

So if we take a look below at various styles you can see just how different each artists chooses to represent the wonderful world of Disney. Uniqlo does Disney collections quite often but this one for me takes the cake! Each artist really made their pieces unique and it was so hard to pick just one to take home with me.

I ended up with a design by Yu Nagaba and I LOVE IT!!! It’s a subtle design, actually all of Yu’s designs were but the mister got me Minnie mouse because of the love I have for her.

Casual Goofy Vibes | Featuring Cakeworthy

Hoping everyone had a wonderful Memorial Day! Today we are going to get into my love of Cakeworthy again with this AMAZING all over print shirt from “A Goofy Movie”. It’s one of my favorite Disney films and is a treasure amongst anyone who grew up in the 90’s. As with most Cakeworthy items the shirt is long so it will need to be tucked in unless you like that look or are looking to knot it on hotter days. It’s perfect at the bust as well and makes it an easy shirt to wear.

The Girl Who Has Everything | Box Lunch Gifts

Oh man where do I started on my love for Box Lunch. They’ve got everything a Disney fan could ever dream of. Everything from Bags, jewelry, FUNKO POPS, keychains it goes on and on!. For this outfit though I decided on this amazing Little Mermaid tank top that reads “The Girl Who Has Everything” I feel like I do. In-fact I KNOW I do.

Lady and the Tutu | Featuring Zara

Armand and I had shot it about a month ago in a batch photoshoot session. It’s simple yet it works because the highlights here are the skirt and the COLOR of my tutu. Not the tutu itself. I got the shirt at Zara, it’s the one I mentioned previously. I truly had no clue about this collection and wanted to buy more but it’s a bit pricy and i’m still out of work. I paired it with the blue tutu because I loved the contrast…especially with this brick wall. It POPS!. Shoes I didn’t think too much about as this wall happen to be pretty far from where Armand and I were but they are COMFY!!!

The Lion King | Why Thrifting is Amazing

What I love most about this outfit is that most of it came from a discounted shop and was thrifted. If you don’t get the concept, it’s pretty much going somewhere and buying gently used clothing and making it your own. Since loosing my old job i’ve had to find ways to keep money in my pocket and so I started to thrift more than I ever have before.

Three Wishes | Featuring Cakeworthy

One of the things I love to do when styling an outfit is to ensure I’ve got tons of color in it. Generally i’m a pretty happy gal and it reflects in my clothing. You’ll find me in bold pops of Yellow and other days in Blue but this outfit was all about the RED!. Red can be a difficult color to pair I find. Mostly because it is so bold, it’s going to be quite striking on you so the trick is to make everything else in your outfit more subtle so that it shines more.

Spring Sweater Weather | Oh Yeah Apparel

Hey Guys & Dolls! That was some Marvel week huh? I just wanted to thank everyone who made it such a successful week. I’m coming back strong on the blog with this very awesome Spring Sweater from Oh Yeah Apparel. They used to make primarily Disney style clothing but have recently changed over to more prints, more color and more personal style items. I love how soft it is and it is indeed warm on those spring morning days. My only issue with it is that it’s knitted pretty widely so I fear it may be prone to breaking if I wear it too much. I’ll have to be careful with that.
